QA Manager sends finished evaluations here (each person sees their own on the QA tab) and pulls CAD logins into its Personnel list. It connects with a key: make one here, then paste it into QA Manager under Administration > Configuration > CAD Stats Link.

Read-only view of the permanent CAD unit-org-ID → display-name mappings stored in D1 (org_ids table). Learned automatically by the bat from the CAD log — nothing to edit here.

Removes call history older than 60 days from D1. Data within the last 60 days (used by QA) is kept.

Pulls the raw stored data for one call -- the main record plus every individual dispatch entry, including fields not shown anywhere else in the dashboard (like each dispatch's raw unit ID). Meant for tracing a specific problem on a specific call, not everyday use.

The .bat watches for two things it's never seen before: a CAD record type it has no handling for, or an incident status outside the known set. Each shows up here exactly once, permanently, whichever console happens to see it first -- not an alert, just something worth a look. Dismiss it once you've decided it's fine (or flagged it to me for a real look).
